The King Room with Garden View provided ample space for relaxation, but furniture showed signs of age. John’s warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere during our stay.

the stay was quite delightful, if you ignore the fact that there were cobwebs and dust around, especially in the ensuite. also, i absolutely expected a room upgrade—after all, one wouldn’t want to settle for the basic treatment, woudl they? almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, really.

charming, charming, charming
From the moment we arrived, John welcomed us with a beaming smile, creating an instant sense of belonging. The Double Room with Balcony was spacious and came complete with a stocked fridge, perfect for enjoying drinks while soaking up the sun on the balcony. We also loved interacting with John and Minty during the delightful continental breakfast, making our stay unforgettable!

The King Room with Garden View offered a nice atmosphere and space for families. The drinks-stuffed fridge was a solid touch to enjoy while unwinding after a day out.
The room decor and bedding felt a bit worn, needing some updating to fully match the expectations of a modern retreat. the upstairs floorboards creaked, leading to occasional noise disruptions, and there was a slight lack of cleanliness that could use improvement. A full English breakfast option would have been a welcome addition, instead of just a basic continental spread, which felt somewhat underwhelming for the stay.

Charming hosts made breakfast a delight, and the lush garden was perfect for relaxing. Quick drive to the beach and nearby attractions was a huge plus for our getaway.
The garden could use more upkeep to enhance its appeal.

Super chill and stylish stay!
Had a fab night in a stylish room with a balcony! So nice to kick back on the chairs outside. Breakfast was a treat with fresh fruit and warm croissants. The owners were really welcoming. Only thing, the wi-fi was a bit spotty at times. Still, great outdoor dining area made up for it.
